4th mesures!

There we go again!:

  • 178cm tall
  • 76kg
  • 100cm chest
  • 75cm waist
  • 38cm neck
  • 33cm both arms
  • 51cm both tights
  • 42cm both calfs (the tibia area of the leg)

Usual website for BMI and Body fat, after a long month of controled food and not much sports, I got some pretty shocking results, I’m at my best right now, got a 24,0 BMI and a incredebly low 7,9% body fat! Weighting 76kg, my lean body mass is 70kg!

From now on, I’ll have to pay attention and focus myself on something I have never done: stop weight loss and start muscle gain. Oh boy.

Third mesures!

There we go again!:

  • 178cm tall
  • 75.9kg
  • 99cm chest
  • 81cm waist
  • 39cm neck
  • 32cm both arms
  • 56cm both tights
  • 40cm both calfs (the tibia area of the leg)

Using the same usual website, the result was the expected ones this time, because of the weather and my new class times, i have missed my morning walks, body fat went back up to 12% and BMI is 24.2.

I will use this month to concentrate on some life quality areas, such as finding a job and controling my food with more will power.

The second mesures

Second turn, here is what i’m measuring:

  • 178cm tall

  • 79cm waist
  • 40cm neck
  • 32cm both arms
  • 51cm both tights
  • 40cm both calfs (the tibia area of the leg)

Using the same website from before, I found out i’m down to 9.7% body fat, 24.3 BMI.

the progress, in 15 days:

  • -1.5kg
  • -3cm on chest
  • -4cm on waist
  • -6cm on the tights
  • -2cm on my neck

Also, got my body fat under the 10% belt, very happy about that.

The first mesures.

Started! Just took my measures before shower, on the metric system, i am at:

  • 178cm tall
  • 78.5kg
  • 99cm chest
  • 83cm waist
  • 42cm neck
  • 31cm both arms

After a quick calculation on a website , i found myself in the edge of normal weight, with 24,9 BMI and a surprisingly low 11,5% body fat.

Tomorrow i’ll start the exercising part of my journey, and log it all here.
